1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EliXo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services provide unified management tools across Corporate, Small Business, and Educational environments.

2. Organizational Structure

Data Partitioning

Access to information is strictly partitioned by Organization Number. Users within an organization are restricted to data relevant to their specific tenant.

Administrative Authority

Organization Admins hold global read/write permissions for their respective tenants and are responsible for user status updates and account management.

3. User Conduct & Security

To maintain the integrity of the EliXo ecosystem, users must adhere to the following:

  • Maintain secure credentials for Firebase-backed authentication.
  • Ensure attendance reporting and status updates are accurate.
  • Use targeted messaging and broadcasts only for professional organizational purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

The EliXo brand, the dark-themed glassmorphic UI, and the underlying software architecture are the exclusive property of EliXo Management Systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

EliXo provides administrative tools on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any organizational downtime or data mismanagement resulting from administrative actions within a tenant.
