▼How do I install EliXo on my device?
EliXo is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can install it by clicking "Install Desktop App" on our home page or selecting "Install App" from your browser's menu. This allows the platform to function like a native desktop or mobile application.
▼How is my data kept private from other organizations?
Our architecture uses a strict orgNumber partitioning system. Firebase security rules ensure that data is completely isolated; members of one organization cannot view or access data belonging to another tenant.
▼Can administrators change their own status?
Yes. Within the EliXo ecosystem, Administrators hold global read/write permissions for their respective organizations and are permitted to update their own status directly within the portal.
▼Why don't I see older notifications?
EliXo uses Chronological Filtering to keep your workspace clean. You will only see broadcasts and notifications sent after your specific userJoinDate. Dismissed items are archived using a hiddenBy array logic.
▼What are Targeted Messages?
Targeted Messages allow administrators to communicate with specific individuals rather than the entire organization. We support 'ALL' team broadcasts as well as private messages directed at specific targetUids.
